Bagel Day Volunteers

Please consider signing up to help us with bagel distribution on bagel days.  You will arrive at 8:40, check in at the office, and find the bagel cupboard in the office work room.  All instructions are on that cupboard.  It's actually quite simple!  You should be out of there around 9:00/9:05.  You can bring your children, they can help deliver the bagels.

Hamilton PTA

Welcome

Dear Hamilton Families,

Welcome back to our returning families. To our new families, welcome to the Hamilton community! We hope you've all enjoyed your summer, and it is with great enthusiasm that we invite you to get ready for another exciting and successful school year.

With your support, we can continue to make Hamilton a nurturing and engaging environment for our children. Each one of us has different skill sets, talents, and resources that are essential to make Hamilton a success. For some, it is volunteering in our classrooms or the library. For others, it is leading or joining a committee that brings special and memorable experiences to our students. Even just showing up at a planned school event makes an impact. You will get to enjoy interacting with our kids, get acquainted with other parents, and truly make a difference at Hamilton. We all want the very best education and experience for our children, so let's come together to make it happen!

Our main fundraiser for the year is the annual Jog-a-thon and our dedicated committee has been hard at work this summer preparing for it. Information for this event will come out mid-September. Please mark your calendar for the afternoon of Friday, October 12th for this fun event. The kids love it when family members come to cheer them on!

Finally, the PTA meetings are a great way to hear about what's happening in our school, updates from our principal & staff, and to find out where help is needed. Even if you cannot come to meetings or volunteer during the day, we still want everyone to be a part of the Hamilton community. Your voice is still needed and there are many ways you can still contribute.

Please feel free to reach out to us at hamiltontroypta@gmail.com with ideas or suggestions you have for the PTA. Have a wonderful school year and we look forward to seeing you at our first PTA meeting on Wednesday, September 19th at 7:00pm.

On behalf of the Hamilton PTA, welcome and Go Hawks!
